Stand in a line, one in front of the other. Use the bean bag to go over and under each member of the team. Starting at the back of the line pass the bean bag over the head of the next person and then through the legs of the next person. The person at the front then takes the bean bag and runs to the back to repeat the exercise. You have completed one set when the back person gets back to the end of the line. Do 5 sets.
