|KS1 PE – Superhero’s and Exercises|
- Practise counting seconds in our heads. Practice each individual movement before start.
- Mental arithmetic and physical activity/fitness
- Activities: Squat, star jump, hop, jump on spot, lunge, burpee, mountain climber, sit ups, press ups, skipping (could link to FFL movements if school has it). Whole trail requires calculations to be made and then complete that many of a particular movement.
- No equipment needed.
