FORMAT:
All races / challenges will involve floats and will include individual activities as well as team games and relays. No scores or timing – just for FUN..! All activities will take place in the shallow end of the pool where pupils can stand on the floor.
CATEGORY:
DEVELOP – for pupils who have not competed for the school before and who are non confident swimmers who cannot swim 25 metres.
TEAM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bring approximately 10-12 pupils from across Key Stage 2 – all of whom may wear arm bands and use floats for ALL challenges.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DAY:
- Swimming costume / trunks / goggles / swim hat / arm bands
- Towel
- Light refreshments
