FORMAT:
The league will run for 4 weeks (Top 3 teams win medals) and be followed by a Girls Football Cup and Shield on Thur 25th May 2023.
TEAM REQUIREMENTS:
- Teams consist of 7 players including a goal keeper
RULES:
- Game starts from the centre circle, with the other team kicking off the second half.
- Goal keepers can handle the ball in the box, handling outside is a freekick to the opposition
- Pass back rule applies
- No head height restrictions
- Throws in – Over head
- No Offsides
- Corners normal
- Free kicks – 5 yards
- Rolling subs – break in play
- No metal studs on astroturf – Shinpads must be worn
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DAY:
- Children to bring suitable clothing/ footwear for all weathers
- Light refreshments / water bottles
- Any required medication
- Bibs
- Size 4 Ball
- PARENTS MAY SPECTATE AROUND THE EDGE OF THE PITCHES – THEY MAY NEED TO SIGN IN DEPENDING ON THE VENUE – PLEASE NOTE PARENTS SHOULD NOT BE SHOUTING OR QUESTIONNING REFEREES DECISIONS
